-2 and 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-1 and 1/2 tablespoons pomegranate juice (this is simple; just crush a handful of pomegranate seeds with the back of a spoon and drain off the juice)
-2 tablespoons minced shallot
-1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
-Teaspoon maple syrup
-2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well combined. Let sit covered and chilled 20 minutes or more before serving with fresh shucked oysters.
