Oysters in the New Year!
Fjordlux oysters from our farm, and a cultured Piment d’espelette butter available from Seattle’s Ebb & Company. Piment d’espelette is a Basque chili that is floral and piquant with just a little spice – perfect for roasted or baked oysters, or as a base for steaming shellfish.
