Fjordlux oysters from the farm available for pick-up at Fast Penny Spirits in Ballard.
Our next oyster sales pick-up location is in partnership with Fast Penny Spirits. Fast Penny Spirits produces Amaro – a rich and herbaceous liquor that pairs excellently with oysters. We originally got to know the folks at Fast Penny Spirits through their truffle supplier, Truffle Dog Co., who is a good friend of ours. We have so enjoyed their spirits ever since!
We will be there for pick-up February 13 12pm-2:30pm at the Fast Penny Spirits Bottle Shop and Tasting Deck:

Just in time for Valentine’s Day and/or Super Bowl LVI.
We will also have a Valentine’s Day package available for pre-order, which includes:
-A custom Fjordlux shucking knife
-A hand dyed pink Lightwiggler tea towel

-2 dozen xsmall Fjordlux oysters
