Valentine’s special fresh from the boat! West Lake Union, Seattle

Fresh Fjordlux oysters for sale harvested the same day from North Hood Canal in honor of Valentine’s Day. We are excited to also be offering Ebb & Co specialty shellfish condiments, which are only available for pre-orders. These gorgeous pairings are as follows:

Piment d’espelette butter: Accompany your roasted oysters with a cultured butter mixed with Piment d’espelette – a Basque chili that’s floral and piquant with just a little spice. Comes as a 4 oz wrapped stick (equivalent of a regular stick of butter) – this amount is good for heavy flavor on a dozen cooked oysters, or light to medium flavor on 2 dozen oysters. This would also be an excellent base for steaming clams.

Pickled watermelon radish mignonette: Finely diced pickled watermelon radish, shallots, black pepper and champagne vinegar. Comes in either 2oz or 4 oz. 2 oz is appropriate for a dozen with heavier pours of migonette, or 2 dozen with light pours. 4 oz is appropriate for 2 to 4 dozen oysters.
